12/11/24: “Fox hunting”! It is an exciting branch of amateur radio, a nature-friendly technical and sport activity, officially known as “Amateur Radio Direction Finding” (ARDF). Vita IU2TJL unraveled the secrets of this discipline and she told us about her latest competitions.
5/11/24: “Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Talking with the Space Station but Were Afraid to Ask” – an overview of how it’s usually done, and how we did it! Presented by Enrico IU2ROK!
29/10/24: Niels IU2THY gave us an amazing overview of Airplane Radio Communications, including a walk-through of a typical flight from Malpensa to Napoli. There’s plenty to cover, so this will probably be the first presentation of a series!
